Elisabeth Carrio

With over 40 years of diverse experience across both public and private sectors, including more than 20 years at the international level, Elisabeth specialises in public policy with a focus on financial and operational processes for international organisations and government bodies. Her career has been marked by extensive expertise in organisational development and capacity building, particularly within the health sector and international aid projects.
Elisabeth’s has over 20 years as a Chartered Public Accountant and Auditor which has equipped her with a robust skill set in public and business administration. She brings a strong background in change management, enhanced budgeting and financial systems, transparency initiatives, standardised procedural frameworks, and the implementation of performance-based human resource systems. In addition to her policy and financial expertise, she is also a certified coach and a published writer.
Elisabeth’s academic qualifications include an MSc in Public Policy and Management from the University of London, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Open University (UK), an MBA in Economics from Aix-Marseille University, and an MBA in Political Science from the Institute of Political Sciences in France. She also holds an MSc in Transpersonal Psychology from Alef Trust (Liverpool John Moores University, UK) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Transpersonal and Somatic Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies (US).
