With over 12 years of experience in ESL education across international, public, and private institutions, Nikolas is a seasoned educator who brings a wealth of knowledge to his teaching and management roles. He served as Director of Studies for five years at an academy in Shanghai, China, and is currently the Faculty Manager at a private training school in Vietnam. Nikolas holds a Postgraduate Degree in Education, BA in Social Studies, a Diploma in Child Development, and a certification in Classroom Learning Strategies. Recognised for his excellence, he was awarded “Best Teacher of 2019” in Vietnam.

As an ESL teacher and trainer, Nikolas has held numerous management positions throughout Asia, with teaching assignments spanning China, Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam, where he is now Headteacher in a local school. Known for his dynamic and engaging teaching style, his pedagogical approach is an interactive space that fosters excitement and learning through innovative activities and techniques. Nikolas has taught a diverse range of students, from beginners to experienced educators, on building and maintaining a well-structured, lively, and professional learning environment.
